To book a single session, simply choose a date and time under “Book Your Training Session.”

To schedule multiple sessions, start by selecting and buying the package that best fits your needs. Then, click the matching “Book Your Training Session” button to schedule each session. Be sure to use the same email address you used when purchasing the package—your session credits will automatically apply at checkout, so you won’t be charged again.
