Our program

This is a structured strength and conditioning program designed specifically for high school athletes.

Athletes train twice per week in small groups of 2–4, creating a competitive environment while still receiving detailed coaching and correction.

We focus on:

• Foundational strength development
• Explosive power and speed
• Conditioning for sport
• Injury prevention
• Mental toughness and work ethic

Small Group Strength & Performance Training

Built for serious high school athletes who want to get stronger, faster, and more disciplined.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

• 2 coached training sessions per week
• 60–75 minutes per session
• Small group format (2–4 athletes)
• Ongoing monthly enrollment
• Training held in a private Zeeland facility

Each workout is part of a larger training progression.
Sessions build on each other week to week so athletes see measurable strength, speed, and performance improvements month after month.

Spots are limited to maintain quality coaching and intensity.
